With a bit of creativity and some scissors, you can make something incredible!
pizza or brioche dough
2/3 tsp of brown sugar
1. Roll out the dough, brush with butter and sprinkle with sugar. Roll it up.
2. With scissors, cut the roll and push out each section first to the right, and then the left.
3. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
