I went straight from my three day fast into the ketogenic diet, taking advantage of how the fast got me into ketosis. This video explains what the ketogenic diet is, why I’m doing the ketogenic diet, how I personally plan to go about doing keto, and what my macros will be for a while while keto.

☆KETO MEAL PREP☆
☆ KETO BREAKFAST — KETO “OATMEAL”:
3 tbsp hemp seeds
3 tbsp shredded (unsweetened) coconut
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp slivered almonds
1.5 tsp cacao powder
3 tbsp canned coconut milk
1 tbsp almond milk
1 tbsp nut butter
⇥ Combine dry ingredients. Blend wet ingredients in blender. Add wet to dry. Shake vigorously. Refrigerate. Shake again in 20 minutes. Add water if mixture is too thick.

1/5 jar pili nut butter:
☆KETO DINNER — CHICKEN WRAPS:
1 thrive market turmeric coconut wrap
100 g chicken
.5 cups lettuce
1.5 tbsp primal kitchen avocado mayo
3 oz feta cheese
.5 bell pepper, sliced
.5 tbsp avocado oil
⇥Coat chicken in avocado oil then sprinkle on spices. Grill chicken then slice. Add all ingredients to wrap. Anything that doesn’t fit, eat on the side.
