Here’s a super quick and easy tutorial how to make this super yummy and nutritious smoothie breaky bowl. It’s good for you and it’s filling!
This is perfect for breakfast, brunch, lunch or a snack. The best part is you have a lot of option with this. I love making this smoothie with my little one – she enjoys cutting the fruits (using butter knife) and it makes for a great mommy and daughter bonding time.
To make the chia seeds gelatinous, just add water to it and wait about hour or so.
The key to this is use a small amount of milk to achieve the thick consistency.
