These rolls freeze so well, they are a no brainer for a Thanksgiving or Christmas event. Hope you love them as much as me!
Rolls (2 dozen)
2 Cups warm water
2 TBSP yeast
let sit for 5 minutes.
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup mashed potato
2 1.2 tsp salt
2/3 cup dry milk powder
5-6 cups flour
Knead and let rise until doubled. Form into rolls and rise again. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.
