HELLO and welcome back to my channel today we are eating some Anna’s shrimp and sausage Paella! RECIPE BELOW
2 TBS oil (any kind)
1/2 Medium yellow onion
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 orange bell pepper
1 pinch Saffron (only if you want)
1 12oz can stewed tomato with green chili
1 lb Chicken sausage (or chorizo)
1 lb RAW frozen Shrimp
3 cups water
4 chicken bouillon cube
1 TBS sriracha
3 cups rice
1/2 cup frozen peas
Turn on your instapot and sauté 2 TBS oil 1/2 onion and 1/2 of each type of bell peppers until softened.
Stir in the chicken sausage (or any sausage) and then add 2 spoons or 3-4 clove of garlic.
Add in the tomatoes and Sauté for a few minutes until aromas fill the air!
Add in the frozen raw shrimp, add in the 4 bouillon cubes and 3 cups of water. Add a pinch of sea salt and a bit of sriracha if you please . (Or use stock) add in 3 cups of rice mix it all up nicely and evenly and then put the lid on!
Push the rice setting on normal pressure for 12 min. Sit down for a short 12 minutes…. open your lid and sprinkle in 1/2 cup of frozen peas stir and , let sit for 2 minutes…. and lastly enjoy shrimp and sausage Paella! (You should add saffron if you have it for flavor)
